A guitarist MIYAVI started his seventh world tour in Tokyo with full of audience. He was chosen to be the first Japanese to serve as an ambassador of UNHCR. Also, he debuted Paris Fashion Week appearing the runway as a model for YOHJI YAMAMOTO 2018-2019 men’s fashion collection in January this year. In addition to that he has played an actor in 20 July released movie “BLEACH”

MIYAVI also released his song titled “Long Nights Feat. Sonita – World Mix” online. In this song he collaborated with an Afghan female rapper, Sonita. At the same time, “In Crowd feat. Seann Bowe” is going to be on sale.
MIYAVI said that he has written “Long Nights feat. Sonita – World Mix”, for the first time after he came back from a refugee camp. According him we can overcome long night if we can believe that there will be tomorrow and it will come. Earlier this year when I featured with Sonita in the United Nation Headquarters in New York, I let her sing songs that only she sing to express her hardship, sufferings and bitter experiences that only she through singing could overcoming. I have made English version of the song, yet I strongly would like her to rap in her mother tongue, Farsi.” Additionally, about “In Crowd feat. Seann Bowe”, which is released at the same time, MIYAVI mentioned “I am very happy to release this song because I have played this song in my music concert every time since South by South West (SXSW) last year.”
Recently, MIYAVI has started his seventh world tour with his Samurai guitarist soul. His soul and music must inspire people in Japan, Asia, Europe, Russia and the US. We must follow and support MIYAVI in his endeavors.
